Orders are shipped UPS GROUND or USPS Parcel/Global Service unless another method is preferred. You must contact us if you want  Next day or second day delivery. Not all items are available for next day or second day delivery.NO CHARGE FOR MOST RETURNS*** Please read details below. 

Larger items such as a mower deck may require special freight. We will contact you with additional freight information within one business day if necessary.

* SOME ORDERS MAY BE calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you choose (ground, 2nd day air, or next day air). Shipping charges will be applied to all orders placed at mowpart.com. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. Ordering Parts:

Some OEM parts such as Toro, Scag, Echo, Ferris, etc. take 2 to 5 business days to arrive in stock as stated above, then Mowpart.com ships them from our location to yours. Some companies do not ship direct to you. OEM parts must be purchased from a certified OEM dealer. Mowpart.com is a certified dealer for OEM brands listed at Mowpart.com. If OEM parts are ordered along with aftermarket parts the Parts may be shipped from multiple locations. OEM parts are shipped from Our Location and the aftermarket parts are shipped from our warehouses located nation wide. If you chose Next day or 2nd day  as  your shipping method you may not receive OEM parts in the allotted time frame.

Returns must have prior approval and made within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days. All sales are final.

***Return items must be in original undamaged box. Mowpart.com reserves the right to charge a 20% restock fee at the sole discretion of our management team. (Excludes Damaged in transit Items.), no refund on freight charges.

Orders cannot be canceled. Once order is submitted we choose the warehouse that can complete your order and ship it from that location. This allows us to reduce shipping time and cost. When you receive it you must return it to mowpart.com 2324 e I-30 Royse City Texas 75189 and once notified of return package your account will be credited for the returned parts only. Shipping is non-refundable. Please confirm Part numbers before you order them. Our staff is eager to help find the right part the first time if you have a concern please call us.  Manufacturers constantly supersede Part numbers to new Part numbers. Ordering incorrect Part numbers is extremely costly and time consuming for both of us. If you do not have a valid Model and serial number to your unit or your unit is not listed in our Parts diagram lists Mowpart.com is not responsible for incorrect parts ordered and all fees apply.


NO RETURNS on electrical, seals or gaskets.

Next day and 2nd day orders placed on Fridays may not be processed until the following Monday. No Refunds on shipping for the delay will be applied. UPS or FEDEX do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
